My recently deceased dad owned a small apartment in Rocio Del Mar... our dad's illness made his personality very challenging... I'm one of 3 daughters who once transferring the flat in our names, know absolutely nothing on how to run the flat...

you will get lots of help on this site so keep asking,as for gas bottle certificate we always use the delivery man that comes around who is official repsol it will cost 50€,they do delivery mornings and servicing afternoons (well ours do) whatever you do dont pay much more than 50€. good luck.

Is there a depot or store near to Ave de las Olas do you know please? Our flat is on the Don Quixote complex, almost opposite the Torrejoven hotel. 🌞
