Hello,
Can anyone advice if there is an english speaking doctor at the public health clinic in la romana.
We are new to area and need to register, we are currently with a doctor in torrevieja where we lived but want one closer home now.

You do not register at your nearest centro de salud (health centre) but you need to register at the INSS office that La Romana comes under. They will then allocate you to the relevant health centre and doctor.

is this the same even if you are already registered in the system and have full SIP card?
I would have thought it would be a transfer.
