Does anyone know where I can get 30 cm tortillas. 12cm tortillas are everywhere but its difficult to make a decent burrito with these. The strange thing is in the UK everyone and his dog seem to sell the damned things but here in the country where they probably originated there doesn't seem to be any interest whatsoever. Amazon in the UK have them but not in Spain.

There must be someone producing the damned things because restaurants use them. Unless that is they make their own.

Very grateful for any help at all.

Rgds

Really? Consum, Mercadona, Mas y Mas, AlCampo, Carrefour and probably others all sell the large ones. I have a pack from Mas y Mas with 2 left in so bought another pack from Consum to replace them. Have you looked around?

I'll amend that to say the pack running out is from Mercadona and replaced with ones from Consum.

Yes any Mercadona sells them Al Campo also stock every size. Don’t know how you have found it difficult to buy them.

Add Lidl and Aldi to the list as well, so that literally does mean everywhere.

I would have thought the smaller ones are more difficult to find,

Many thanks for yours. I am aware of the wraps sold by the organisations you mention but none of them sell the 30 cm tortilla wraps. Consum is about the biggest at around 18 - 20 cm.

Only in the way it wraps. If you look at all the Burito recipes in the states they all call for 12 inch wraps because you can eat them without the content falling out.

I am really not trying to be funny but you are in Spain now. There are all kinds of differences to navigate around in your new country and if your only worry is getting 30 cm wraps you are a lucky lady. You could of course put less filling in them to stop excess mixture falling out. Problem solved😀

Ask in the restaurants where they get them.
