I hope you are enjoying your new home. My partner Allan and I have a holiday apartment in Montforte del Cid. We are planning to be there in July. We usually have a drink outside the Chinese restaurant if its nice or the Baboluba pub.  We have friends that live on a nearby who we meet up with. He is English and she is Spanish.

Great to hear that at last someone has discovered Monforte, and even better is a customer at Baboluba, which was actually our first stop for a drink when we first came here.  Unfortunately we commute between Wales and Monforte, and will be in UK in July, but back here in October.  Our first time in October, so hope weather will be as good as websites promise.  No doubt we will meet-up sometime, so here's hoping, and many thanks for your contact.

We stay in Scotland but try to get out as often as we can. We are back in October too. Weather can be good but can be a bit breezy. Hope to see you there sometime.

Hi Scott, we have a flat in Montforte del Cid also. We’re not there permanently as we live in Scotland but like to try and get out as often as possible. We will be there from 11th January if your there we could maybe meet for a drink if you fancy it.

Cool. I also not permenant yet so I’ll be over on a regular basis doing things to the flat. But a drink, chat and new friends sounds great

I have been viewing properties in Monforte del Cid.Is it really quiet ?

I don't drive so I wondered if it's far from the beach and some shops and lively bars and restaurants.

My mum was from South Wales,Merthyr I love the Wesh people.I am half Irish/Welsh. Maybe I will be your neighbour one day.

Hi. I have a flat in monforte the times Iv been it’s not too busy though they do have some fiestas. Though it would be half hour drive to beach. I like there away from the hustle and bustle. I’m back in a weeks time to chill at home and party in the city lol (for only 1 night) so I’d be up for meeting for an evening out in monforte :-)
