Hi,
The 2nd paragraph in my previous response should read;
It has been my experience that once a claim has been made they will look for any reason for not meeting the claim.

That seems very reasonable to me, we pay Caisha bank 372€ a year at the moment, tied in for another year, we had a leak in our skylight recently and they wouldn’t pay out on the building’s insurance as the said it wasn’t covered by it!!!
still fighting this with them.
