Leroy Merlin has a whole section devoted to water heaters in their shops and their web site is also very good.  The basic details will show how many people they can be used for.  100 litres is reckoned to do four people and is probably the size you need.  More expensive ones have more sophisticated controls and information displays but even their basic 'Equation' own brand models will be reliable.   They can be plugged into an ordinary socket and Spanish plumbers don't seem to bother with complicated arrangements to discharge water safely from the pressure relief valve - they just point it at the floor.  An alternative for a lot of people would be a gas heater to give continuous hot water, but installation will be much more expensive and needs a flue to the outside. If you've got enough space, you could have two electric ones, one for the bathroom(s) and one for the kitchen.
