I opened an account this very week, Tuesday, for the same purpose. Sabadell, was recommended to me by a long time customer. I transferred the money into it yesterday morning and by end of day it was there. Will be paying for my property, through Sabadell, on Thursday. I am quite pleased with them, so far.

Sabadell have very high costs for high value transfers. Break your transfer up into smaller amounts and dodge the fees when Paying for the property

we are currently in the process of buying a property and our solicitor who is Spanish recommended Sabadell.
We use GCEN for all our exchange, and there are no fees assocated with any transfers from their bank to yours, or for any conversion of money. They are based on Punta Prima.

I have tried them all, they will promise upto, that means you will pay for 10mg & maybe get 6 if you are lucky. Then fibre optic came along, so I jumped ship( 4th) time & lo and behold I paid for approx 100 mg and normally its 97/98, the tel system is perfect. they do TV i am told! I get sky for 10 euros a month, IPTV. Charlies Dad.
