I explained we did attend 4 years ago and provided our new address as well, blank look from DB employee, I asked why did they not contact us ?, they did but at our old address, another blank look. I asked why did they not reply to my letter when a wire transfer was refused and returned, ? another blank look. We since opened an account with Santander, they speak good English and seem to be customer oriented, the Deutsche Bank used to be like that but since Marina Bolt retired they have slumped down. I asked the Deutsche Bank Head office in Germany about the poor performance of Pilar branch and they told me," it's nothing to do with us, DB Spain is a separate entity." The Deutsche Bank in Pilar is getting refurbished at the moment, they need to get staff who look after the Customers !
Hi. We banked with Duetche Bank until recently but moved to Carjamar who are more efficient and do not charge exorbitant fee's. They are very helpful and informative with a smile. The Deutche Bank need to up their game, they must be losing customers awful customer service.
