Hello we are buying a property in Pinar de Campoverde and will be applying for residency. How/where do we apply for a padron and how long does it take to arrive? Thank you.

Show up at your Council and register at the "Padron Municipal".
Click on "Jim's Guides" in a tab at the top of the page, it has a section on the Padron plus a lot more besides.

Campoverde has a small Town Hall satellite office in Plaza Florida (the central square on Avde del Pino, just past the parade of shops/restaurants) with just one staff member.
Just pop in with your house deeds and passports and you can usually have a padron in 10 minutes.
