If the bills show a metered reading, then there must be a water meter somewhere. Ours is outside the property in the lane beside us, under a small iron cover.

Hello

I am looking to purchase a "new build" in the Pinoso , Looking at scourcing an independant lawyer and carrying out the relivant checks etc, could you possibly help with these questions.

1) From staying with mu uncle in Alhaurin- Malaga, I understand due to  the corruption ( local mayor in Prison ) that solar power isn't used to cover heating or fuel costs is that the same in Pinoso ? ... Noted that solar is used to cover heating of water ( not sure if this system can cover heating of pool also )

2) Where are the nearest gold courses to Pinoso/ distance/ time to get there?

3) Looking at a new build, of course the contractor will build the main property, but would then be looking to scource a tradesman " brickie" to help build a perimeter etc . My uncle usually found his through the local bar?.

4) With my plot I would like to plant an entrance line of Cituris trees , once the property is established plant olive/lemon/lime/orange etc . I know the area is  a wine region, so I take it the ground soil could be able to support my plans.

Kind regards

Mark
