If you take vitamin b complex capsules it helps - get them from chemists / health food shops.
It takes a few weeks to kick in ,but worth it
I wasn’t bitten last year - had been taking the capsules for about 4 weeks

I was taking vitamin B12 for something else and after a blood test was told to stop as there was to much in my system ... always best to check with doctor first ?

Try amazon.es and order online....buy the oil based skin so soft.

I've been coming to play again flamenca for 15years but not sure exactly where you mean? Please could you give further info? I'm at the Saturday market road in Playa flamenca without a car xx

I still swear by Marmite, eat some every day, and you don't seem to get bitten. I suppose the love or hate it idea is true about Marmite, I love it and the mossies hate it.
