I can't directly help, but there is a young lady who sings and plays sax at https://m.facebook.com/tabernamarcopolo/ in Punta Prima, on Tuesday and Friday afternoon, about 4pm.
I suggest you say hello to her, she may have a few suggestions.

It's the one in the link, but I've just realised that the link doesn't give the address - doh!
It's just across the road (Calle Escorpiones) from Consum/McDonalds in Punta Prima. Don't confuse it with the other Marco Polo, on the beach side of PP roundabout.
