Another SEUR update. The driver did not turn up tonight, so I rang his mobile and asked if he was coming. He replied, "No I am not working in your area today, I will come tomorrow between 6 & 7". My advice to anyone in Playa Flamrnca who orders online, check which delivery company they use, and if it is SEUR, order from another website. Grrrrrrrrrrr

SEUR is the most useless, thieving, bunch of wasters that I have ever encountered. Do not trust them for one moment! If they can´t deliver then they will steal your goods and deny that they ever had them, happened to me three times. Get the name of the driver and his number if he rings you for directions.

It's not just me then. Thanks for that. I was suspicious that he only bought 2 boxes the first time. You have to sign their electronic device, but I couldn't see what I was signing for, so I wrote 2 and signed. These goods are for a holiday home neighbour who arrives on Sunday. I just hope he turns up tonight with box number 3. He will probably reject my call if I ring him. It's garden furniture so I would imagine it's a set. If anyone else has had problems with SEUR please let us all know. Thanks,

SEUR latest! Driver didn't show, so I rang him again. "The company don't give me the box yet". Whether he means the furniture company or SEUR is just a mystery. I pity my friend who will have to sort it out.
