I am so so grateful to all of you for taking precious time to help me, thank you.

There are a lot of very nice people on our urbanisation but when it comes to anything like this, it’s head down, don’t want to know. The neighbour on the other side has complained to the Administrator as well. Our President is back in the UK until September and that’s when we will be back, so I am hoping he’s going to be more proactive.

Oh, and I found out that the reason they are living here is because it’s so quiet!!

OMG

Unbelievable where do they live at home grand central station

In the meanwhile try the town hall we found them very helpful remember we expats who own and rent houses here and there are many bring with us a lot of money to stay here cars houses taxes etc Spain unfortunately is still suffering from the recession the building being done just now is just the old stuff they started finishing in 2008 is being built now so they really won’t want us to leave then there is Brexit lol but that’s a whole new story 🙈👋🙏🎈

Where did you get the information regarding, “presidents getting 600/800 euros. No money has been paid to any president in any urbanisation that I know of.

Agreed, Presidents get nothing while Administrators usually charge a fee often for doing very little.

It comes with the job did you think they did it out of the goodness of their hearts .... I wouldn’t do it for any price ....the president doesn’t pay the yearly maintenance fee ie ours is 600 Euro a year

Well then your Community must have agreed to that at some point so propose a motion to change the rule at your next AGM.

The people whom I know, who are presidents, do it because they are interested in their community and are keen to see it run properly and efficiently.

You have got to be having a laugh take the floats away from the pool because they are and they are dangerous but to a 4 or 5 year old your the big bad wolf an efficient one of course

I have been renting properties in Orihuela Costa forthe past 12 years and am currently in my 6th letting.   I have moved 3 of the times when I found myself next door to house OWNERS who turned out to be the most unsociable/bad mannered and offensive in language.   I terminated each 6 month contract in my search for peace and quiet.
