I need a keyholder who will let my apartment visitors into property then when visitors have left clean property & wash bedding etc

Be extremely careful and do not set up a POA if asked. According to Spanish law, any one having a key enjoys the same privileges as the legal owner. If upon return you find your home empty, there is no way to claim anything.

Remember that you cannot receive any financial renumeration from guests unless your property is Licensed (friends and family can stay free of charge only with no License).
