Hi all

I am new to the forum and find it absolutely brilliant before my holiday move to Playa Flamenca where I am in the process of purchasing a property.

I was wondering Is there Yoga/Pilates for Parent/Child in Playa Flamenca area?  My child is 10 years of age

Thanks all

Amanda

Hi Amanda

On Tuesday and Thursday at 10am, there is a free 45 minute aerobics/yoga session down on the paved area at Playa Flamenca beach. Although I haven't seen any children there yet, I'm sure it would be ok. There is a great range of ages and Nationalities in attendance (upwards of 60 people each time) and it is good fun in a fabulous setting.

Sandi xx

Hi Les

They will be going to Maxx gym. There are various classes every day (except Sunday at the minute) - entrance is on the side of the building (top floor via stairs or lift).

My husband goes to the gym - it has loads of great equipment, plus a sauna and steam room (mixed).

Sandi 😊
