Hi,
we bought in Playa Flamenca in 2016- a holiday home.
We are due to pay our non-residential tax this week and will be visiting our solicitor soon. Any idea as to what they should charge for this service? I knew we pay quite a bit for it/ the service, not the tax. They charge separately for both of us.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Kevin
It isn't necessary to pay Solicitors rates for non res tax.
For many years I have used https://www.spain214.com/ app €35pp
Or https://www.spanishtaxforms.co.uk/ charge per couple but unsure of current rates.

I also recommend Spanish Tax Forms Ltd - they charge per property, not per person, and it can all be done online.

I too use Lesley at spain214.com for our resident tax. She charges £50 for 2 owners and pays it on our behalf. Well recommended. I believe for 2 owners she is the best priced service around. Spanish tax forms are also good but they charge £34.95 per property and further £12 each owner to pay it for you, so total fee is £58.95. Solicitors fees are generally more than the tax itself.

Try Andrew Garcia at Angar +34 636449366 he is based in Torrevieja or John at Spanish Tax Forms who are based in England 0800 0845210
I have found them both a lot cheaper than Solicitors
