How often do Hidragua send out water bills? We moved to playa Flamenca in October and wondered when our first bill would arrive.

I get my bill ever 2 months.

Every 3 months. 4 bills a year. Usually about 5 days after the beginning of the next quarter by post but it's been the holidays.

Have you registered on their website where you will be able to see all your info/ bills etc ?

Also, if you need more help, there is an Hydraqua office inside the Town Hall building at Playa Flamenca.

Ok, if Hydraqua have produced any bills for you since you moved to PF you should be able to find them in your account on the website, the postal system isn't the greatest.
