Hi all

I have  a holiday apartment at Playa Flamenca since February this year (2023).

Since then it has been used for 2 weeks at a time but in July, school holidays was used for 6 weeks.

I have been receiving high water bills every month. Does anybody know the (name of water) Company and telephone number for this area?

I would appreciate

. I pay by Direct Debt which was set up when l bought the property which does not show the name of the company.

Thanks

Sue

Hi

Ring your bank, they will tell you the payee name. Or if you use internet banking, look at your list of Dad's.

Hi Sue,

This thread may also explain your high charges, especially as you've only owned the property since February:

Water bills

Kind regards,

Kim

Look at you waterbill(s). That document specifies in detail no tonly who gets the money but also the different services as there are: a standing charge, maintenance, meter rental,  rubbish collection, waste water handling, to name a few..and independ of whether or not you use those services..
