Hi

I am looking to buy some mould resistant paint or good coverage paint, any recommendations what is the best brand of paint to use for interior walls which are currently white and will be keeping them white and will prob be going to Leroy Merlin.

Thanks

Sharon

Go to the Ferateria in La Florida.  They are so helpful and speak english so they will be able to sort out the best product for you.  I went to them when I first moved out here as I had some mould in my wardrobe.

Hi Sharon,

No need to scrub, just wipe the mouldy area with neat bleach, which kills the spores.  Depending on how bad it is, the mould will be gone in as little as an hour, but in any event, wait until it´s completely gone before painting.

Kind regards,

Kim
