A bit far for you but I've seen it in the Pick-n-Pay English shop in Guardamar so I guess that's the sort of place to be looking.
Wouldn't be surprised if there were a local equivalent though but no idea af a name.

What you want is limpiador de latón.

Perhaps you mean "brasero", a widely used sort of electric heater placed usuallu under a table to warm the feet. I cannot recommend such a device for being extremely dangerous if not permanently under surveillance.
