Why don't you get set up and do it yourself , if you have use off modern computer,  I do it my self , saves 100€ a year ,

I’m addition to the advise other people have given you, I would also ask your original solicitor who handled you property purchase why he didn’t act as your fiscal advisor. Mine handles my non resident tax bill every year.
