It does actually change tge word full to fool . You gotta be careful what you post coz of people who don't have any humour and who are angry all the time lol . I saw it as April fools lol

That's good news. The dog owners who push their dogs around in pushchairs are not really helping their dogs. Perhaps with the GPS the authorities can track which dogs are pooping on the pavements too !!

Silly Post. First check if the dogs are too old/ill to walk sany great distance, we had to get a push chair for one of our dogs on the vets advice.
