I mean is there a fee for issuing residencia, like there is for padron ?

I don't want to travel too far, trying to get appointment in Cartagena.

See:

Please note that you have to apply within the province in which you live.

The two appointments I mentioned earlier have been snatched up, but there's one now available in Denia. That's three appointments popping up within a few hours.

I live in province Murcia, have to go to PN in Cartagena. I went there two months ago, they said I must make appointment online. I tried every day since to get appointment, without success.

In that case I suggest you change your location on the forum, as showing Torrevieja is incorrect.

It shows Torre de la Horadada, where I was before.

Just look to the left of any of your posts and it shows Torrevieja.

I paid a lawyer to get me one. I have an appointment on the 5th November. He says no bother with brexit either.

the best time to get appointments online is at 11am

I think that is when cancellations appear on the system

also just incase of getting rejected you should whilst having an appointment also look for another appointment a few weeks apart straight away

e.g. book your first appointment with your passport number

and then look everyday for other appointments a few weeks apart using your NIE number  (normally if you have an appointment booked then you cannot book another appointment but if you book one with your passport and one with your NIE you can get around this)

this way if you get rejected you can still have another shot a few weeks down the line rather then getting rejected and then start looking for another appointment which seems to be getting harder to get as time passes

Will it be easy for is to get the TIE card e.g. will we just have to trade in our residency certificates ?

or do we have to go through the process of showing all our documents again and bank statements etc?
