We’re thinking about moving to Spain in the next 2 years and Torrevieja is one of the areas we’re considering, however the resort appears to be fairly spread out and we’re not too sure of which areas to concentrate our search. We’re looking for an area that is within walking distance to the beach; has a choice of bars and restaurants and is within walking distance of supermarkets etc. we don’t want to rely on a car. Can anyone give us some pointers please? Thanks in advance for your help.

I need to fill in a UK self-assessment to declare rental income on my Spanish property. Tax has been paid in Spain by my Spanish accountant but I need someone to prepare and submit my UK tax form for me. Ideally, in the long run, I would prefer someone who can deal with both tax authorities, but for the moment just someone who can do the UK for me would be great. Does anyone use someone they can recommend?

I have recently purchased a Sterwins Pressure Washer and whilst the washer is generally good, I cannot find in ANY official instructions how to add soap.  There is a small bore transparent tube leading from the machine, so maybe this has something to do with the operation.  Someone suggested that I need to buy a special fitting but am lost to find.  Can someone help please.

Looking for some help on how to register guests on the Hospederias de Seville website.  Its all in Spanish, does anyone have an english version or step by step instruction on how to register people who are staying at our property so that we are compliant.  We have user name and password for the site but not sure what to do once we get into it and what information we actually need from our guests.  Any help would be really appreciated.

My house in Torrevieja is very cold during these months.  Is there any way I can insulate the walls inside.  Even just the sitting room might do.
