hope someone can help.

looking for a winter let in Javea.

preferably about 700euos/month but could go up to 900/1000 for the right apartment.

Prefer to Have if Possible.

Two bedrooms or more

Balcony/Terrace-outside room for at least two chairs and a small table, overlooking something, not a ground level garden, we like to sit and people watch in the evening.

furnished

Hot/cold heating such as air conditioning, will need heat in winter.

South facing

A bath and a shower, do not have to be separate.

Not on a complex, would prefer to be near the shops/bars /restaurants.

The daughter may visit a few times a year with her small well-behaved dog, so dog friendly.

Would be nice but not essential.

Parking for one car

3 bedrooms

Two bathrooms

Not too high off the ground, ideally second or third floor, not ground floor but not in the clouds either.

A lift.

I will be flying over on 3rd October to try and view properties, i'm in no rush to move, anytime between November and Feb is fine.

Thinking about hiring a car locally for a few days and this one is closest to me, being no more than a ten minute walk from my house.  Any opinions on this company from anyone?  I don’t care that they have advertising plastered all over their vehicles!

Interested to hear of anyone’s experiences with then.  For example, I’d like an automatic, small or medium sized vehicle for 3-5 days.  How much would that be including full insurance and no nasty surprises when I return the car.

Anything, good or bad, would be appreciated before I call into their office either tomorrow or Thursday.

I mean something like Autotrader in the UK or equivalent, it's just to get an idea of the value of a car I have been offered and am interested in, I know prices in Spain differ quite a lot from UK ones.
