Hi all, I posted earlier in the year asking about rentals for myself hubby, & 2 dogs, however have since decided to rent for 6 months - 1 Nov until 30th April 2020.

We have rented the most beautiful house in Jávea old town, but hubby is not keen on going out there, so hence he’s staying at home with our two dogs & I shall be back & forth as often as I can.

I would love to make some friends before I actually come out on 28th Oct. So if anyone is on their own & would like a friend please message me. I look forward to making friends. X

As a frequent visitor to Torrevieja (last 15 Years) it is still very sickening to see that people are not cleaning up after their dogs. For a town that relies on tourism I cannot believe that this is still an issue. I know a few years ago it did seem to have improved a bit, but having been there last week the problem looks as bad as ever. Also whats is the story with waste disposal/ recycling as this seems to be the same situation with big wheelie bins on the street corners where people are dumping everything. It is such a pity as Torrevieja is a beautiful place to visit except for these 2 major issues
