I need some advice, please.
A British property owner has passed away in the UK. What documentation is needed, apart from an apostille of the death certificate, to show SUMA, the bank and a solicitor to make name changes on the Escritura? (Water and Electricity are in another person's name and aren't affected. The bank account is a joint one, so only the deceased's name will be removed.)
Apart from the solicitor's input for the Escritura, can all these other areas be dealt with by me?
Also will they keep the originals or will they want certified copies for their records?
