I have an iphone that can accept two sim cards. I want one of those to be a prepaid Spanish phone number. Is there a vendor in El Campello that speaks English?

I'm Thinking of selling my Freelander 2. The car is LHD from Switzerland but is currently on UK plates with UK MOT til February. The car had its 12 year (major service) in February this year including Haldex service carried out by LR specialist in Manchester area of UK. New brakes fitted all round, sunroof modification (recall), water pump and cam belt by Land Rover main agent also in February.

Thousands spent in February. New android 8 display with sat nav and reversing camera, DVD screens in rear headrests etc. Set of replacement headlights for UK also with the car. 10 minutes to change over. Car has done just over 218,000 kms (135,000 miles). Choice is selling the car or transferring onto Spanish plates. The car is a lovely drive and a very capable 4x4. Few marks on the car but not major (it drivers around in Spain !)

Hi there, I'm in the process of 'importing' my car from France with the aide of a gestor.  He's offered to get the carplates done but not actually put on the car, I'd prefer to get the plates done and put on the car by a garage etc.. Does anyone know where this can be done near El Campello? And more importantly how long it takes?? Are appointments needed? Takes about 5 minutes in Paris..but know some things are a bit slower here! thanks for your help!

hi there, having returned to El Campello after a month's absence we found our little garden like a jungle and complete with lovely mosquitoes... We're trying to find a legitimate company nearby who can make the garden a low-maintenance one and who could drop by twice a month just to make sure everything is in order. As it's a holiday home, we want a legal company with contract etc as we are reluctant to hand over keys to any part of our house to just someone who does gardening 'unofficially'..

Most of our Spanish neighbours have ad-hoc arrangements but we'd prefer to avoid our previous experience with 'local' gardener and try and find a serious company to deal with... any suggestions welcome! It seems harder to find that I thought!! thanks

Having just returned to our holiday home, I've noticed that the external letterbox (outside of the complex where the postman is meant to post things), no longer locks..It never looked particularly strong when we bought the property last year, but now the box won't lock.. Does anyone know whether there's anyway of buying a new 'lock' for these boxes?? I'm guessing as every complex has their 'own' type it's more complicated than that?? thanks for any advice?
