I own a property on phase 1 on the Urb since last August.

I have noticed on my bank statements that they have took out two payments in December for £86 and £76 towards the community charge for phase 1. 

Is this correct.

Hi everyone I'm new to this forum & would appreciate some help. Within the next 18 mth I hope to own a property in La Marina. Is the bus service good from Alicante airport to here & do the buses go to any big shopping malls where you can find items for the home i.e. bedding, furniture, tiles? I don't drive & hate taxi's. I know there are taxis based at the top of Londres on La Marina Urb but they seem to be few and far between. This has made it difficult to get one when you need it. The last time I was over (4 months ago) a few people said that the lack of cabs was being looked at and was likely to improve with more licences being granted. Has the choice widened or are we still just left with the few that operate at present please?
