Hi, we’re new to the area and recently bought a furnished apartment in Los Balcones which we hope to complete on in next couple of weeks. We don’t want the furniture and wondered if there are house clearance people in the area who will take it away? There’s a large sofa, wall units, a double bed, single bed and a metal frame bunk bed. None of it’s very new and we just want rid before we renovate the place. Any suggestions welcome. Many thanks. Deb.

about to purchase property in Los Balcones and wanted some guidance on the costs I should expect for all that has to be done on property purchase 

It seems to involve , Notary fees , Legal Fees etc but keen to understand fully all involved and an idea of costs .

is stamp duty payable by a non resident on a new property ?

Hi Guys wanted to either speak with or get a quote for AC and Heat Unit for a dwelling I am buying in Los Balcones . For the AC, involves 

• One ductless mini-split AC unit only for the basement living area (heat and cool system)
• Central ducted AC unit for the main level (heat and cool system
• Pre installation AC already in place 
• Quote for above with installing same 

I might have to install another split AC unit in the basement bedroom or a multi-split system but I wouldnt know until you maybe I contact someone and they can advise and assess for me .

Any recommendations welcome .
