Hi, has anyone got any experience/advice for using irrigation water to fill/maintain a pool?

We have a property with a pool near Monforte Del Cid which we are struggling to keep blue/clear when using the irrigation water. Tankered water is going to cost crazy money to maintain sufficient levels so we are trying to get some advice about what the problem may be- too many phosphates?

I have just painted the small area of my balcony white, from a dirty brown. Now I’ve been informed that white isn’t acceptable and it needs to go, as it’s not aesthetically pleasing to the building? It’s a block of 4 properties but the rest look dismal, I thought they would be happy I’m looking after it and making it better than it was, I don’t know where I stand though i don’t to fall out with neighbours after being there a short time. 

Hi All Happy Bankers ????????  What an awful bank is Santander,  I am not ashamed or frightened to mention them by name, because since buying a holiday home in Spain 4 years ago, this bank has given me a shocking insight into the 3rd-world Banking system in Spain (and its not just me that is complaining about this).   From the moment of our commitment to purchase our property when they wanted over 2000 Euros to transfer funds from the UK, to date, this Bank has given me major headaches and stress, culminating in their latest rouse.   For 2 months I have been unable to see my on-line banking details and now am unable to transfer funds from the UK.  Tried to contact them by phone..... not a hope-in-hell (3 days on the phone with 15-20 minutes wait.... no reply.)     When In Spain, had several problems with the ATM  and a massive wait to discuss problems with sub-directors in person.  Not to mention.. the constant monthly charges and letters threatening to withdraw banking facilities if we do not state our Spanish Income....which is non - as we are both retired and do not generate income in Spain.

SO... can anyone out there honestly say that they are satisfied and happy with their Bank... please advise before I tighten the rope   Thanks for reading.

Upon leaving my property do I need to drain the heater or can I leave it as it is for 2-3 months when I return?  Thanks in advance

Is there anywhere like a wilko store in the area where I can get kitchen items, also I’m desperate for a double bed and sofas though I can’t collect large items

Hello we are hoping to drive down to  our house in Monforte del cid in October. we have driven before from Caen and are thinking of getting the ferry to Saint Marlo this time.We will be leaving from Portsmouth .Just wondering if anyone has taken this route and be grateful for any tips

I’m coming over to my 3 bed flat In monforte in midJuly for 10 days,  Is anyone selling or gifting anything to furnish my place which is completely empty, I don’t even have a spoon :) though this is the start of my adventure since buying it and not been back since jan 2020

My suma direct debit should be paid today 7th June but it’s not been taken? Is anyone else in this situation, it’s my first time of paying my taxes and I don’t wanna pay online then it goes through, the chat online wasn’t working earlirt
