Could anyone advise what this actually means. My current electricity contract is due to end and I am comparing the contracts. 1 line says 'price for power' and is recorded at a price per KW/year. What exactly is this?

Just out of interest.

Having seen how the properties here are built, including apartment blocks. Reinforced concrete pillars, block and beam floors to make a framework. Then internal and external walls infilling the pillars to make the room configuration.

Now the question...are there any actual supporting walls as such in the property? The walls seem to be mainly built out of extremely thin bricks. Even in some cases between the apartments.

Hello, we’re thinking of moving to Valle del Sol - Rio Park Mutxamel perhaps very soon.

How cold in winter does it get? Do you spend a lot on heating?How hot in summer? What are the main environmental health problems of this area?
Are there many expats in the area ?

What’s it like to live there?

Much to do? Horse riding? Entertainment? Expat clubs?

Didn't know exactly where to put this...

I'm currently in the UK and set to fly back home to Spain.

Could anyone tell me if there are any restrictions on bringing chocolate back into Spain. Its my wife's birthday soon and my sister-in-law has asked me to bring some chocolates back for her.

Just wondering now UK is no longer in the EU
