I've just bought a property just outside Ontinyent. I'd like to rent it out as an airbnb for part of the year.

Is anyone currently in a similar position? Do you need a tourist licence and if so how easy/difficult is it?

I can teach you Spanish and you can teach me English. I have a good level of English and what I need is to chat regularly with someone in English and receive corrections as well as improve my listening and speaking. Hi thanks for letting me join your forum. We are thinking about buying a house with some land just outside Ontinyent, and will be coming over in two weeks to look at properties. We would be looking at visiting the house for a few months of the year, as a holiday home for our family. 

I wanted to ask some advice from the forum - what is the easiest way that people have found to get to Ontinyent from the airports (Valencia and Alicante), and is this the same during the winter months? We are trying to weigh up the different areas and ease of access!

Hi has anyone any knowledge or experience of having to spend an extended period in the UK ? That is beyond the time allowed due to exceptional circumstances? 

This is for a person with TIE. 

Also does anyone know how to get the more permanent residency if you have lived in Spain more than 6 years ? 

I would appreciate any replies where you have personal experience or know the answer from official sources. I got no help from the consulate . 

Hi all I would like to heat my pool I do really want an electric controllable in-line  heater, is this an option ? Or is there another way I would like to use it may till October would be great full for any advise thanks
