There could be recent changes I've not yet spotted but, for example, the last three times I've taken our cars in for an ITV, the tester has plugged his equipment into the cars' electronic systems.

I know this thread's a bit old now, but I got a copy of Costa Blanca People and had a look. I used their contact page and pointed out their errors, but they haven't bothered to respond.

The question has been asked and answered several times recently.
You won't be penalised for driving with an ITV that expires during the lockdown. They haven't yet said how long after the lifting of restrictions you will have to get an ITV.
