You must all be living a dream if you think that SEUR is any good.  They are without doubt the worst delivery company in Spain, Europe and possibly, the world.  Their BAD review rating is 98% !!!

You should try Hermes or the crap service that Ebay use which is Pitney Bowse [ala the GLOBAL POSTAL SERVICE ..!] 2 of the most inept incompetent companies I have ever had to deal with ..!

Seur on the other hand in my  area is brilliant , had 2 consignments recently from the UK which came thro "SENDING ", strange how they function , a 3in tear off cardboard ticket , no signature and nothing to sign and a cursory glance at my passport , and off he went !!!

I found Sending very patchy, good one day, useless another.    One delivery from Seur the driver refused to come to my house when he was 300 yards away, then he left and STOLE my parcel!  Seur couldn´t have been less concerned.

Never use them.  Their reviews say everything.

Definitely not just you, Steve.

I waited in for 3 days for SEUR to deliver a parcel from M&S.  I noted that on the first 2 days, their tracking system was updated at 16:20 to say that they'd tried to deliver, but no answer - which, of course, wasn't true - so on the 3rd day, I sat with my PC from 16:00, refreshing their site and, sure enough, at 16:20, the tracking was updated to say they'd tried to deliver and I wasn't in!

Having suggested to M&S Customer Services that it was their responsibility to liaise with SEUR, they eventually advised me that my local SEUR depot had said they use contract staff during July and August, and most of them don't have satnavs in their vehicles!  So I think it really is the luck of the draw on the service you get from SEUR - thankfully, M&S appear to have stopped using them.

Best wishes,

Kim

Thank Kimmy. The purpose of my post was also to encourage people to register a complaint. I have to say Amazon were very helpful in dealing with mine. They said they had escalated it with SEUR Denia.

The more people register a complaint the better chance we may have that Amazon look for a better partner.

I have had any amount of trouble with Seur.  Many of their excuses have already been mentioned, the favourite being 'address does not exist'.

I have replied to their emails given them GPS (probably a bit too much like rocket science) even sent a map and in the end I have still had to go to the Depot.

No, they are useless. If you live in town you will probably be OK.

I think a lot of the problems can be caused by the way Urbanisations are laid out, for instance in our Road there are two number 20's, but one is in Fase 2 and ours which is in Fase 9, so I do have some thought for how difficult it can be for the drivers, who are paid by the number of packages they deliver, so searching for properties takes up a lot of their time.

I think you have hit the nail on the head there. They just will not spend time looking.

That's a problem for us out in the sticks.

And I only live 500m from a motorway!!!

They have been brill as my postal address is not recognised by sat nav and just ring, always get an email with a time window, may be a bit late but no problems.
