You don't initially need an accountant or lawyer - what you want is a gestor - someone experienced in those sorts of procedures.

I don't know of anyone in your area. Hopefully someone else will reply but, if not, I suggest you post a new topic along the lines of 'Gestor wanted in Denía'.

Once you're up and running, you'll need an accountant - contable - to look after your tax returns.

Jim

Is there someone who can take me through registering as aautonómo, tax, bank and resident application? would this be an accountant?

If your starting as an autonómo, if don't make a profit how do they tax is it an estimate in advance.

Also how does it work with UK tax?

Hopefully someone already autonómo will answer, but as far as I'm aware you pay tax in arrears, both on income and on the IVA you've charged.

As you'll be fiscally resident for this year, you won't pay UK tax.

Thanks Jim

When you become a Spanish resident are you restricted to the amount of time you can spend in the UK?
