Hi can anyone recommend an architect please, I am looking for a cost for an extension, had 3 prices and they vary so much, 3000 euro difference from 1st to last!! Can’t believe the difference. Thanks mick
Hi, I am an Architect and carried out a big extension and renovation to a villa. Yes, the prices will vary depending on how it has been priced. It took me 3 months to get 5 quotes on a level playing field. PM me.

Hello how big is the extension did you consider doing a shelf build & just getting prices from the different trades. I done loads of extension in Ireland before I moved to Spain I do the ground works block work & Carpenter myself & just get the plumber & sparks in then if I can help you give me a shout am just up the Rd in pinoso. Thanks
