Looking for eye Dr specialized in dry eye/schrogrens

Hi all I'm moving to Elche, looking for eye specialist that handles very severe dry eye as i have schrogrens disease..(autoimmune).

I also have glaucoma so that needs to be managed as well...(,i went to Elche IMED for an issue a month ago and they had no suggestions for dry eye docs for me)

I read of a clinic called opthalmic eye center of ELGE that does work with dryness but wonder has anyone here been there?

If not any suggestions? (I have Adeslas)

I cant help with Elche, bit there is a highly efficient eye hospital in Alicante called Vissum.

Before I left uk, I was consulting, privately, a well known eye surgeon. She said she had no intention of treating me at that time, partly because I was moving here and Spanish ophthalmology was very good. That struck me as reassuring.
