Kitchen specialist new to Elche

Hope all well with you.

I understand that you will soon be resident in Elche? We purchased our property in Elche last September and look forward eventually to spending long periods in it once nearer retirement. However we are managing to get over around five times per year even although we work full-time hours currently. We purchased the apartment without an elevator although we are on the 6th floor and without a kitchen. We knew that there was a possibility of the elevator being installed within a year or so however were happy to wait until nearer retirement if need be. As it is the building construction work has now been undertaken within the block and we hope that full installation will take place by the end of July 2023. The exercise is doing us good as 6th floors ensures that we come back from holiday without putting any weight on....!

We have been pricing up kitchens and have a floor plan drawn up. We have visited Ikea at Murcia on a number of occasions and think that between them and our own use of the kitchen planner that we may be getting closer.

Would you be interested in having a look and making your own suggestions and more so do you fit and install yourself?

Of course I’ll be happy to look at it for you. I design and install. I have been a carpenter since I finished my apprenticeship in 1988 and have installed literally hundreds of kitchens. In the uk I have a fantastic team of trusted trades( plasterer, electrician, gasman, rubbish clearance) and unfortunately I can’t sneak them in my suitcase, so I’ll be looking for good tradesmen to work with. 

We arrive in Elche( with all my tools!) early July.

Hopefully we can sort out a visit when I’m settled in.
