Spain lifts quarantine requirements for British Tourists - Page 3

How can anyone from Britain  say we comply with the rules?! Even the prime ministers  chief aid ignores them!! There is no track and tracing in UK it's not working so has been abandoned  our figures are useless as we do NO testing except for front line workers and those admitted to hospital for various reasons and of those that test positive 80% have no symptoms, I can't speak for the UK as a whole but masses of people don't wear masks, only those using public transport have to comply!! In My own home town Devizes Wiltshire you can count people wearing masks on one hand and they most assuredly do not socially distance. I'v said before the Spanish government  is mad to allow us back, as with New Zealand  I'm  sure they will live to regret it I'm so very sad to say

Why are you all being so disrespectful of as you say those brits, we are not all the same, some of us respect the government and what they are trying to do so we can all get back to normal, we keep 2 meters a part, wash hands regularly keep masks on at all times..... We don't go to raves or party's. We are just trying to get on. So please just give us a chance. I have friends in Spain that I have not seen since all this and miss them. Very unhappy by these comments 

Buzby and Mary m both need to air their anger with one another me thinks? Some truth in what they are harping on about but they are only picking out the points that suit them! I always thought this forum was to help and advise people on life in spain etc ?not use it as a platform for political point scoring? 
anyone can nit pick what they want and read whatever “fake news” is your choice and are entitled to your own view for sure but I have to agree with most people that the vast majority of brits have adhered to the guidelines and stayed safe etc just like in the rest of Europe ...as always it’s the few who spoil it for the rest...always has been and always will be that way unfortunately!

I love spain and the Spainish way of life and equally are as patriotic of where I come from and my roots and have been lucky to have lived and worked in some great countries and have always adopted the “ Do as Rome” cliche and respect the host country and rules and it seems to have worked for me so it makes me angry when I see people slating individual countries when we are all in the same boat at the end of the day! 

I believe we are all on the homeward straight and some things will never be the same again but we all have to be respectful and get on being kind and helping one another!  Stay safe peps!
