Yes it’s only speculation if one country wants it and gets it then another country wants it could the brake down of the EU.

So it will not happen

Utter rubbish

Sovereign countries are able to decide on third party countries hence their ability to, for example, allow Chinese or American citizens in on a 6 month visa
