...t so costly I also heard they don't work weekend and I am coming over sat to Tuesday so that means I only have one day to sort anything out Help please

It is a large company, I am an agent. If you don't want the service there is no need to berate the company.

Sorry a few assumptions:

I'm guessing by 'GI provider' you are referring to your satellite receiver GI - Galaxy Innovations (brand name).

The receiver is not related to the service on it - IE if fault with receiver and under warranty, it is possible to contact GI in Elche for warranty. But if missing some / certain channels - then probably not a box fault.

If issue is you have lost your UK premium channels, this is not a GI / box fault, but a service one, from a different company / 3rd party provider. These services (card share) are no longer in use as Sky has changed a encryption rendering this service / box (and all of these type of satellite receivers) unable to use this service - still ok for FTA TV- BBC etc - but not premium / encrypted.

Thanks for your info. We are moving to La Marina in Sept. We had the use of GI in the Hondon Valley and wondered if the same facility is available. Is BT sports available through any system please

They are not a customer focused company, let customers down.
