I will keep trying and am doing a letter to the ombudsman and if necessary the bank of Spain ombudsman who covers all banks will not let this go and will inform people of outcome so they know what would happen if it unfortunately happens to them

I saw a tram passenger standing near the ticket machine who film/photo-ed a passenger paying with their credit card.
So many people are looking at their phones, that you do not immediately notice what they may be viewing.
I tipped off the victim, but they just laughed at me.
How awful Thankyou for your advice it is an ongoing nightmare because the cash machines the thief used are adding their cost of him using our card onto our account and no the bank not interested i got my Tele log to show I tried to stop the card 6 times and this has been sent to the bank I will not give up and am hoping one of the local papers will do our story so people can be aware of how you are treated by banks in Spain thankyou once again
