Jandaz, you will be pleased to hear I have just blagged a £15 flight out on the 9/6!

You swine, you. 🤣🤣🤣 we’re going to be stuck a bit longer unfortunately 😕

Good luck to everyone travelling; wish I was with you. Remember to check your health insurance and at least ensure you have a valid EHIC or GHIC. 👍👍🤪🥂

Quite possibly aitch, quite possibly. Do you think it’s a nom de plume? I’m happy to run a book if we’re going to have a guessing game 🧐🤪🥂

Ange, anyone who has been on this site for over 18 months will see it as a one horse race.  Whoever it is will not be pleased with this mornings announcement!

Hello I recently posted that me and my partner we’re denied boarding a flight

With Ryanair because so many people have been refused entry at Alicante and sent back on the plane they have decided to check reasons to fly themselves ?

Ryanair checked our paperwork at the baggage control desk on Sunday the 16th

Of May and refused to let us board, even though I have partial residency and a letter

From my solicitor saying that the Spanish border control had copies of so that

I would not have any problems ? But Ryanair did not have the same information ?

It turns out that only people with full residency can fly to Spain ?

This all changed between the 13th of May and the 16th of May ?

I would advise if you don’t have full residency don’t fly until Spain is on the Green

List. Hope this helps you.

Hi sorry but this is correct. I flew back to Alicante from Manchester on the 8th May and I was only allowed to travel and board because I had residency documents. I watched a number of people stopped from boarding by Ryan Air staff and turned away. There were a lot of angry people. In my view don't travel unless you have residency documents or the Spanish authorities confirm a change as the UK government are advising UK residents incorrectly they can travel and ultimately entry to Spain is a decision for the Spanish authorities and they only appear to be allowing entry to residences with the correct documents. I hope you manage to get a solution eventually.

Morning Portet

👍👍 they’d soon be bored out of their skulls tracking me, for whatever reason.

M&S, meet girlfriend, walk round local park, a spot of TV. Maybe they want to track what I’m watching? Or worse, check my gin intake!! 🤪🥂

I have a wife to check my drink intake. Not sure she reports it to anyone - except me!!

We had booked under similar reasons on 17th May. We own 2 properties and rent out an apartment and we need to do some interior work as we have rentals booked in July/August. When I went on the Easy Jet site after I had purchased the tickets it asked for official documentation - visa, official letter etc. It did not say business or property deeds. I telephoned Easy Jet and they said not to travel as our purpose was not listed. We got a refund.

Clearly this will no longer be applicable as of next Monday considering Spain will be open to non essential travel.

Morning Steve

“Inject her with a tracking device”. Unbelievable, how some people think. Makes you wonder what they’re up to, that they think the government need to track them.

However, I’m ok with that. They can track me all the way to Spain 🌝😎🤪🥂

If you have nothing to hide like me you don't care if they do track you, do people not realise that they already have us all under surveillance.
