Passenger Location Form Information - Page 2

It's on the government website, and can only be filled in 48 hours before you leave , I tried doing mine as I'm back Wednesday and it wouldn't let me complete it , that's coming back to england

Hi sorry have just come back on the forum after a hard day of home schooling! 😂 I see your question has been answered. 

It shows on website a link to get an an app on either Apple or Android. The Apple link says “not available in your country or region” and there is no app showing when you do a search. There is one for Android that works. Presume this is an early glitch. Got forms via web but thought app would have been useful to save putting in info for each visit.

Thank you this is really useful. However it only seems relevant if you are arriving by air. I tried to fill it in but it asks for flight details so you can’t go any further. We are driving through France and will cross the border into Spain by car.  Does anyone know if we need any paperwork and if so how to access it?

Does anyone know if this has to be printed out ? Ive filled the online form in but dont have access to a printer here

The web page I gave the link for says:

You’ll need to show your completed form when you arrive at the UK border, either by printing a copy, or showing it on your phone.

I've just heard from Margaret's daughter, who travelled back to Scotland yesterday. She had the form I'd done for her, but wasn't asked to produce it. Her temperature wasn't checked in Alicante or Glasgow. Other passengers at Glasgow were told to self-isolate for 14 days, but she wasn't.
