I am looking for a translator from Spanish to English. To attend appointments at the notary with me. Any recommendations for anyone providing this service would be much appreciated.

I had similar needs for last week, finally found this person who I was very satisfied with:

Katja Minkkinen

 +34 617 70 58 17 (also whats app)

She kept to all agreements and was very pleasant, in addition to do exactly what she was hired to do.

You have a PN. Have you signed any preliminary agreement with an agent and made any payment to anyome but the vendor? There is a special tax called imouesto sobre el incremento del valor de los terrenos which according to Law is to be born by the vendor but its common practice to slip this to the buyer. Then, you must not necessarily accept a notary public apointed by the vendor (unless he pays the fees) and I would recommend to be careful. Furthermore you can save a bunch takong care yourself of paying purchase tax and the land registry, just 4 ur info.
