As a resident I was registered here for medical paid for by the UK but when I chose to go back a couple of years ago and changed my healthcare back to the UK I had a EHIC for visits here. Now, with Brexit, I have decided it is best for me to return here permanently and need to now revert to a permanent CIP card. Anybody know what I need to do. I am a pensioner.

You need to take your S1 to the INSS office (prior appointment needed) then take the INSS paperwork to your local Centro Salud who will issue a new SIP.

Residencia ID needed at both offices if I recall correctly, or proof of application.

But where do I get the S1 from?

Another question. Where is the nearest place to La Marina to register the S1 Form and do I need to make an appointment
