Hi,
we are looking to have the interior of our Rosita painted. The walls look like old fashioned pebble dashing, we have a problem in that the bottom half, approx 12inch has come off on quite a few walls. So we need that repaired, I believe it’s a Spanish type of finish. Is there anyone who could give an estimate please?

Hi Lynn,
Looking at your photo your walls are exactly the same as ours were when we realised we had a leak. Turned out to be a damaged water pipe under the bathroom floor that had a slow leak. Best get it checked out first that you don't have a leak before getting it repaired.

Hi,
Thanks for that we’ve had everything checked & apparently don’t have a leak. It’s not just that wall though we have it in a few rooms, even where there can’t be any pipes. Thanks for the advice though gratefully received.

As these are terraced houses, the problem could be coming from the adjoining properties. They are quite old models so can have rising damp problems. I always use a spanish builder who does all sorts of work well. His email is [email protected]. Use google translate to explain the problem and send hi pics. It is their country and so they do know best how to deal with this kind of problem.
