Well thank you for taking the time to write a detailed reply ,I have picked up few phrases on how to order things in bars and a few things beside ,I do understand that setting up a business in another country requires you to learn language or your custom would be restricted to your native tongue ,our visits are normally to British bars so language is not a problem  ,much appreciate your offer to help with learning language ,I do use google translate if in Spanish establishment

I cant disagree with any of the points that have been written ,especially the one about having the desire to learn the other language .I think it depends on your surroundings .In La Marina I dont come across many Spanish people so the need to learn Spanish  is less of a necessity, there are Dutch people here but their English is good and Scandinavians seem to have a good command of the English language ,so that let's me off the hook ,went to Calpe last September first time for beer festival  and then a week later Moors and Christian's, managed to muddle by even in Belgian bars spoke English even ,the Bulgarian girl who owned the apt we stayed in excellent  English ,I would think if you stayed in.mainly Spanish area the need to learn language would be more pressing but most places we have visited while not being able to hold a conversation with a Spanish person ,we do get by

Our TV decided to give up the ghost during lockdown, when we could we ordered a new one from Euronics service was fantastic we could have had TV delivered same afternoon had we wished.

This is the second time we have ordered something from Euronics both times could not fault customer service.

I just checked and Google says the Torrevieja store is still closed due to Covid. Did you order by phone? TY G

No we went to the El Galan store which has been open for at least 3 weeks, we went online to decide which one we wanted went into the store and ordered it, really simple if only everything went this smoothly.

We had previously ordered a washing machine from them that time I did order and pay over the phone, ordered on a Wednesday delivered and installed on Friday, old machine taken away.

OK that's great. Just ordered a 55 inch 4k from Euronics with a 1 to 3 day delivery. Thanks again!

I don't know about Euronics, but we have used Tien 21 several times for large electrical items and service has been excellent and they removed the old one. We have bought fridge freezer, dishwasher and most recently during lockdown, a washing machine. I would  recommend them, several outlets and English spoken.

I second that re, Tien 21.Have bought mobile phone and 43inch TV from them previously. Good stock, English speakers and well priced. This time they did not have the TV I wanted but mostly they're my 1st go-to
